I just have a quick question. I just switched over to my summer wheels and tires today. My 335xi is a Canadian model and is not equipped with the TPMS sensor on each wheel. Canadian cars have a sensor that monitors ride height or something.

Usually when I switch over my wheels, after about a kilometre or so I get a check control code telling my to reset the sensor. This time, I haven't gotten the warning and I've driven it at least 6-7 kms. Anyone else experience this or know why it wouldn't reset?

Up for sale I have a set of OEM BMW 18 inch gunmetal 219M Wheels with the OEM PS2 Tires and OEM TPMS sensors off of a 2009 M3 (TPMS will work on 2008 - 2009 cars). The wheels and tires have approximately 14,000 miles and are in excellent condition. The front tires have 5/32" of tread remaining and the rear have 2/32".

The wheels are free from any chips, scratches, etc except for one of the front wheels that does have some curb rash (see 4th and 5th photos). You will not be disappointed in the condition of these wheels, no one except for me has ever unmounted them from the car and they still have the original tires on them so they are free from any tool marks, etc. Wheels were waxed with zaino and faces and barrels were washed weekly.

These rims are painted so the curb rash on the one wheel can easily be repaired.

I am most interested in a local deal for now but do have a set of boxes that my new wheels came in so shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense.

The best way to get in touch is via PM. I have tried my best to accurately describe the condition of the wheels as not to waste any of your or my time but please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Thanks for looking!

Edit: Wanted to add I am in the market for some KW V3 coilovers and akrapovic exhaust and would be intersted in a trade.

I took it in for routine service today. The bill is $1,177. The initial quote was $1,477. This seems to involve an oil change, new filter, brake fluid flush, wheel alignment, cleaning the air cleaners, and scoping the engine.

My last service ran up to about $400.

Is this reasonable? It seems that a service on my car is now about 10% of the value of the car - which seems rather steep.
