I purchased a 2 year extended warranty a couple of months back for 1700 bucks from Andrew (Mr Finance) at BMW Melbourne. He is pretty sweet to deal with and may do you a good deal.
It can be transferred to the next owner which is the main reason I did it to make it easier to sell privately.
