This is a mistake. I've run both the DW's and PSS. PSS are a vastly superior tire in all conditions.

Ran Laguna Seca in a downpour 2 weeks ago. No significant hydroplaning with the PSS. Had way more grip than expected.

The DW's do hydroplane. The sidewalls are very soft and it deforms the tread to where it follows grooves in the road or where water wants to take it. I had zero driving confidence on these tires and replaced them after 3k miles. You will be extremely disappointed coming off Nittos.
