Looks good, and I like the closed air design, finally bringing the term "Cold Air Intake" to fruition. While I too anxiously away to see the Dinan one (pricey no doubt), I still can't help but wonder how much, if any, do these CAIs really contribute.
IIRC, none of the 7 (ok, 6 tuned and 1 stock) cars in the 1///M tuner shootout in Germany had CAIs, when in fact they had just about everything else...
