Mine has some white vinyl threads that the screw goes into. The vinyl piece does fit a bit loose but I think once it is pulled on by a screw it holds itself in place fine. When there is no screw in it, it fits a bit loose. Once you tighten the screw it holds tight. They look like those drywall hangers you screw into drywall to hang pictures from.
