Wow, that kind of damage sounds similar to hitting a curb. Are you able to get the state to pay for this in any way? I have no clue about this sort of thing, only that it isn't right to pay taxes and then for this to happen on a public road. Then again, I'm a strong believer in 'sh*t happens'. |
It was up in Canada on a remote highway near a small city. Insurance went after the town as there was no sign... But they put a sign on and fought saying it was up the whole time. Essentially it's their word against mine so I take the hit on the insurance. I'm just happy they aren't writing the car off, but with the amount of repairs I can guarantee I'll be keeping it forever haha
