BMW's anti tuner SW update which gives you added turbo lag effects both N54 and N55 engines. When you get the latest update... you WILL have more lag.
There have been rumors that BMW now has a fix for this, but you have to ask for the "lag" to be fixed. Most people have been just buying BMW's PPK1 sw(or they get a tune) up until now - to fix the lag issue.
