The AA sport does deform it but only slightly and it's more toward the rear of the bumper. You definitely wouldn't be able to use those 3 center mounting holes unless you used flat head screws and mounted them from the top or 3M taped that area. I can take better pics of my AA sport from the bottom if you'd like and post them tomorrow.
