Sirius In Canada

Hi guyz kinda need your help here.
I pick up my car in april 2012. new from dealer. I had a sound pkg with 1 year free Sirius. few weeks ago I took my car into dealer for head light issue, which they replaced my head light unit and had to reprogram the DME. ever since that service, my sirius stop working.
I try to call sirius to re-active few times, but I always get a brush off answer " ok we have re-sent the info to your car plz wait for 5 min" but it never work.

I dont see any channel list from my sirius options. for once they asked me to go to channel 108 . buy my channel list is empty and show "0".

What should I do ? bring it back to dealer under warranty ?
