So after some good info i think I have decided to get a set of custom CCW LM5's.

Please give me some input on whether or not these sizes are going to be an issue. I WILL be rolling the fenders, but don't want to do any fender work unless it's absolutely needed.

18x9 +38f, 18x10 +40r. Lowered on Broadway static coil overs, and I'll prob run 215/40, 245/35. Any fender work needed with that setup?
