The instructions with the Evolve-R state that it generally takes 15 miles for most gains to be realized but that it may be take a couple tanks of gas for full adaptation to occur.
In my case the car performed great right from the moment I installed the tune, with and felt like it had great gains.
The exception was at idle speed. In my case I had to spend a lot of time actually idling to get the idle smoothed out. Maybe it's due to the fact that I did do quite a bit of WOT redline and near redline pulls immediatly after the tune
I'm happy to say that my car now idles perfectly. I'm sure adaptation varies greatly based on driving style and modifications.
