I did this last night... the Lite app connected and worked well with the ELM 327 Wifi OBDII device, so I purchased the full app. 10 minutes total and I now have my windows closing via key fob. $50 might seem expensive, but I would have probably spent a couple hours tinkering with the NCExpert/BMWTools to get that far.
