I'm not 100% on this, but do you have any solid evidence that they aren't (I'm not after a keyboard battle, I'm just curious!)
The M3 DCT box is made by Getrag and is a GS7D36SG. I have seen wreckers advertising a 335i with a DCT with the same part #....
