Or vice-versa. There is a sweet spot. Too high & it gets distorted, too low & you can sometimes get a hissing into the high end. When streaming the equipment matters. Some BT dongels are better than others. I've tried the cheap ones and they are crap. I have a $40 one that works pretty well but does have a slight hiss when the music is turned up.
