Won't sit high if you get rubber-band tires...
255/30R19 rear and either 245/30 or 225/35R19 front should fit with proper offsets/spacers.
But I can't imagine 19's doing anything for the ride quality, and probably won't really improve handling, either.
Sure would look hot.

I've always been a fan of silver. Maybe it's the cold weather, but last night I got to thinking about anthracite (gunmetal) on the deep sea blue...
v710's and EC-7's are popular, and look sharp.
But have you seen how the 1'er looks on v701's???
