If one is willing to cut the radiator support and trim the fan shroud then your options are expanded. These parts can be replaced but your taking more time and $. i installed it too, but on a regular 135i N54.

I am curious about your review concerning performances.

I am about to get it checked at the garage, IAT are good with it, but i feel a small lag at low RPM, but great power top end.

No lag at all??
I do not recall having any lag, car has a been moderately pro-tuned though. I would think that adding a larger volume FMIC has the potential to cause some negative outcomes (pressure drop,weight) in some cases but believe the positives far outweigh.
