I realized I never followed up on this post with the Dyno info, I documented that in my main thread on this car here:

The car made 404whp and 440wtq on straight 93 octane. Would have made a good bit more with an e mix or on straight e85 but I wasn't interested in doing that. I'm beyond happy with the results and the car is still running absolutely perfectly months of hard driving later!
