No I didn't change the master cylinder. I have the M3 rear-end in the car. I honestly didn't feel any pedal change at all. I have the stock 6-pot brakes up front still.
Rear caliper went from a fixed 42mm to a floating 46mm. The caliper type change nets against the piston diameter change a small bit in terms of pedal "feel" and travel.
