I've done this and it works. BUT there is an electrical connection for the air bladder in the side bolsters that pumps up to hug your ribs, that will need to be wired in. You should swap out the little sensor on the seat rail from your old seats the the new ones. ALSO, unplug the battery when you do this or else you get codes thrown.
Also the old seats aren't worth anything.
