That bulletin lists the valve cover gasket in addition to the bolts that needed to be replaced as required parts. Since the 2014 recall covered only a limited segment of vehicles with these engines, it seems likely that the process will be the same for the new recall - presumably this is covering either a wider or the remaining population of vehicles with these engines.
