Same with me, nothing was worn and everything is balanced, rotors and pads I replaced.

When I tried bedding in the brakes the vibration would only get worse for the remainder of the drive and then be frine for a day or so then it would come back.

If the speed sensors are okay, the only other thing I saw on the e90forum was that is you have the car off and wiggle the steering wheel left and right and hear a faint click/knock then it could be the balljoints off the steering rack into the knuckle.
