I was reducing the options by 9% to get to the invoice price of the options per this post:

If I do not go to the invoice price of the options then I am looking at an ED Invoice price of $29,535 for the car plus $2975 in options plus $775 Destination totalling $33,285. Is this a more accurate ED Invoice price then?
