M Sport bumper (135i coupe and cab) gets the pop-up, and the 128i (coupe and cab) get the wart style.
The good news is that the 128i doesn't come standard with those, and you can order butt warmers as a standalone option, keeping the bumper a lot cleaner looking. For the 135i coupe and cab, you get the washers no matter what (albeit the pop-up variety).
