I noticed in the latest BMW CCA Roundel
(July 2008) that the CCA has added two new Ombudsmen to their Ombudsman program. If you've found yourself in a dispute - friendly or less so - with your Dealership and you've reached a stalemate, the CCA offers this program for working through problems and arriving at a resolution.
