I didn't quite measure the gaps. But I can tell you the fronts / rears are a "two finger" gap, rears being ever so sightly tighter than the fronts. Check your PM's.
The easiest way to measure ride height is from the fender lip to the ground, centered at the axle. Yes, my ruler isn't perfectly vertical but it was only sitting like that so I could take the picture.
