So I was at my local BMW showroom today and I opened up the armrest in a 2009 1er convertible and it had one open space! It didn't have all those little useless compartments in it.
Can anyone tell me how I can get this into my car? Can I change the inside piece? Do I need to order an entirely new one?

Part numbers would help whichever way it has to be.
