If you ordered it has to be or they would be legally obligated to supply, although my build plate is not located in the place you have circled (on my car this is the Aircond refrig identifier)
Mine is very clearly October 09 and as dealer agreed - location is opposite side to the refrig sticker.
all i can say is its worth the wait
