Lived and went to school in DC and lived in Arlington for 5 years. Had my M Roadster and 135i serviced at BMW Arlington. Also spent several occasions checking our cars there. STAY AWAY. They are absolutely awful to deal with....
I checked out an M3 at Passport BMW and almost bought something there. Much much better experience from the first moment, and I hadn't even purchased a car there...
