I ordered my 135 in February of 08 before the cars release, I paid 36k and MSRP came in at 40k, my closest dealer geographically wanted 45k for that same car. If the 1M comes in around 45k and has an ED discount I should be paying something similar for it.

Hmm. I need to look into what they are getting beyond invoice... I'd also pay cash and likely do ED. I'm also in CA, and I'd be interested if you'd PM the dealers you don't end up going with.
