You can do that, and it would be alot better than injecting nothing while keeping the tune the same as with meth, but it would provide different results and if you had fine tuned it to a consistent meth mix, you would be compromising that fine tuning, and who knows the results. Probably OK at 15psi... but I would not want to be pushing the limits and changing what I am injecting.
Don't get me wrong... I am very much a fan of ethanol. I have a WRX race car that I run on E85 (85% ethanol), and it loves the stuff. But I would not go swapping the ethanol for methanol and expect it to run the same... in fact I would expect to break something if I did that.
