Noop. That pannel around the buttons comes off w/o removing the steering wheel. I would think any good dealer would only charge you an hour or two labor to install your M3 wheel.
You never told us IF your car has an Auto/DCT trans or if it is a 6MT. Do you want those paddles to work?
