Ya I came on here to ask the same thing...
I asked the CA if people really are paying MSRP and he laughed like no way. Then I told him i know the exact invoice price and am willing to pay some above and to make an offer. I even said please do not add a bunch of bs fees. So he printed out the invoice compared to msrp form and it sure enough was the correct invoice...with a 400$ MACO, 150$Training and Service and a 600$ Doc fee. Totaling...1k off MSRP.
I asked him what each fee was and he could not even guess. I then asked the sales manager who said some bs about waiving them would induce a class action lawsuit and that dealers were standard in the two adjacent states. I then said I live on the border of a third state and he said that it was actually standard across the US. I dont think he was giving me a crazy bad deal but it all smelled so we walked.
