Decent wheel locks are an OK deterrent to thwart the amateur thief. Naturally, a pro will get your wheels
or your vehicle or whatever if he so chooses. But if you don't think a good set of locks will send a rookie
packing while you're in the restaurant, you're fooling yourself. Ask a cop.
