Still, I went with the taupe because otherwise Savanah comes with black carpet & black underpanels on the dash, which was just too dark a look for me. If only they had that Savanah available with matching light colored carpet and underpanels !

Sounds like you've got some very good reasons to like the Taupe, so I'm guessing (and hoping) you'll be fine... and I'm glad about that.
My 'vert has already finished production! That was really fast!! Now it is awaiting transport, so it's hard to say how much longer. I suppose it could still be a month more...???
