So after Evans revived my car and I was driving around to get the battery charged again, I took the opportunity to have an impromptu photoshoot before meeting up with the rest of the guys...

Excuse the dirty engine bay

Car felt awesome through the corners and the communication of the brakes and steering was awesome. Unfortunately the track was damp (and windy... very windy) so everyone's times weren't the best... I managed a 76.33 in the final run of the day. Now I know that the next major mods will be wider 18" wheels with fatter and grippier tyres, and hopefully an LSD too. It was so frustrating having to wait till I could actually put any power down without the tail getting loose... although that was fun too I guess haha.. The suspension actually fared quite well although I guess they weren't being pushed as hard as it would have been if the track was dry (same can be said for the brakes). In any case, coilovers and 135i brake upgrade have been pushed to the back of the to-do list.

Oh, and the intake surprised me with how much of a difference in sound it actually made even on the streets. Can't wait till I get back out on the track!
