I'm sure real experts will chime in with first hand experience, but if you read British magazines like Evo I think it's pretty much true that steering feel (at least a meaningful one) is becoming a thing of yesterday.
It doesn't help the cause either that the face-lifted 1 now has a fuel saving electric assisted steering.
