Thanks for the tip.

Will look into getting a generic wrist sweat band from local store, which will acoomplish the same thing. Did not expect this issue to be that common ...

I had a spare o-ring lying around, so replaced old one with new.

Im not sure if that will make a difference though, as the lid has a vent hole built into it. Probably where the mess comes from. Hard to confirm without a GOPRO aimed at it during tracking events ...

Did you notice a "whining" noise that your power steering pump makes when coming off from a hard 20-minute lapping session, and the fluid is hot? Again, the noise is not present when the car is operated on the street.
