I suggest:
1) New rims and Non-RFT tires from day 1.
2) Drive the car for a few months before deciding which suspension mods to get.

You will probably want to upgrade the shocks and struts as a minimum. If you decide to get M3 front arms, it makes sense to do suspension at the same time. You will probably want a stiffer front stabiliser bar in that case too.
