Thanks everyone for all your advice, we had a great day at the track.
Highly recommend Rent4Ring and having a low powered car is definitely what you want as a first timer.
I think I spent more time looking in my mirrors avoiding Porsche's than focusing on a line.

The ring taxi with Dale at the end of the day was amazing, such a fun drive and he makes it look so easy.

Some photos of the day:

This was like a sign to me ... I was in the process of selling my BSM 1M having placed an order on an LBB M2.

Didn't look too out of place compared to some others ...

Anyone here?

Not often you get to see one of these ...

So I saw two

Our taxi

And our driver!

Beautiful e30 M3 ... and a motorbike crash in the background

A nice toy

Something I'd like to own one day

We stopped here for lunch

And one final pic before we depart

I loved driving on the autobahn's, definitley a nice way to travel. Our Jaguar 2.0D max'ed out at 234km/h (with alittle help from gravity), we got time to visit the Porsche & Mercedes museums before having to fly out.
A short but immensely fun experience, definitely will be back to drive the track again.
