My gut feel is that the offset on the rears might be a bit too low. I've previously had 18x9 +38 with a 245 tyre which still rubbed on big dips with rolled guards. The car was lowered however with a bit less than 1 finger gap all round.
Might be possible if you want to run a skinny tyre and a heap of camber, but traction is always good to have on a 1er IMO
