pretty much.
there is nothing you can say that will make me believe driving agressively will lower your chance of an accident. Insurance companies give discounts for the polar opposite, driving defensively. I'm sure the insurance industry has better statistical data to determine this than kid who drives a 135i that's modded to look like a honda civic.
I'm sure you will have some lame story on how your blacked out tail and break lights are making you safer too.
