I did a resonator delete on my GT350 and it's no louder (at least not noticeably) than with them in. You just get more pops, but they aren't that loud either.

But those DB numbers seem really off. You need to measure db between cars at the same location/distance and even weather as all those variables can affect DB levels. There's just no way an SVR and any Lamborghini would be 68-70db while a GT350 is 92. The numbers must have been pulled from completely different sources with different testing environments and distances.
