I went from the Bridgestone run flats after just over 16000km and also wanted to go to normal tyres so I got Continentals but my car was all over the place, too much power. I went back to the tyre place the next day and changed them for the new run flat Yokohama ADVAN Sport. What an awesome tyre! Getting good grip and feel on the road. Also a lot less expensive than the Bridgestones and a far better tyre. Google it and do some research. I also went 255/30/18 at the back.
