Lawyer is necessary in my opinion. In this PARTICULAR CASE, his aim should not at the 10K mark-up ONLY. The ENTIRE purchasing procedure is WRONG. I am looking forward to a BIGGER case than simply only the refund of the mark-up and extended warranty.

Though we do not expect much from most of the car sales industry, the Pacific BMW is well beyond tolerance in this case and MANY others view. If we carefully examined the story, not only the 1M was abused, and there are other cars (e.g., M3 as pointed out) treated the same way. So bad BMW has them as an authorized dealer!!!
