1. I agree. was done and you'll probably spend more on the lawyer than what you may get from the dealership. It won't hurt to ask them to reimburse you for the warranty, though.

^that should be the least of his concerns. He paid.. Actually over paid for a car that should have not been touched, besides being on a towing truck to have it delivered.

I would definitely not settle for anything less then: 10gs back, and extended warranty.
