Get a spacer, and don't forget to get longer bolts to match!
I have ST's (essentially KW V1's without anodizing) and I can't even run my stock wheels without a spacer because they rub the spring even with the wheels at straight. So it's great that you're not having this problem, but a spacer fixes it regardless.
