I'm really confused now. As I said, the 800 number changed my status from in transit, which I believe means the car is on a boat, to at port awating vessel, but the website has my car in finishing touches. My CA also has my car in the USA. I had read that the 800 had the latest information. How do I find out what is the correct status?
