Have this same noise since winter started. There is a TSB for "sway bar bushings", I've had them replaced twice with the updated design and I still get the noise in cold temperatures. Common problem with many BMW models.
I remember seeing a thread where they even replaced the entire front suspension and the sound still returned after a few days
