The entire intake system of these cars get coated with oil.
I would be shocked if he pulled the intercooler and it didn't have oil in it.
Doesn't mean the turbos are leaking (and doesn't rule it out either).
I just threw it in there because it happened to me. Oil mist and drops of oil are the difference in that particular case.
