Just did a google search for the wheels you have.. They look nice, and understand why you'd want to keep them, but they are 35 offset. Add asome sort of adapter onto that, and you're down to a 15 offset. Those things are going to stick out over an inch beyond your fender, if you ever managed to get them to shoehorned on there.
